Kuhalm in Bodenmais

Is closed! Although the signs on the paths indicate that it is open. It's great fun when you've made the way with children and everyone is looking forward to cake, a lemonade or a snack - then you stand in front of a locked door and have crying children. We will never go there again! An impudence! A sticker on the sign would have helped, but the operators don't seem to care. Probably closed for wealth ...

Unfortunately only outside operation, we couldn't get an impression of the restaurant. Nice host, we only had a drink.

Nice and easily accessible Alm, unfortunately currently not available in full due to the Corona requirements (e.g. playground). Käsespätzle u zucchini cream soup were very tasty, prices completely ok You can buy nice souvenirs in the fridge (homemade jam, etc.) Hut keeper Alex is always up for telling jokes.

Very nice waitresses. Nice place to drink coffee or wheat beer. Yummy cake.

Over the Riederinfels to the Kuh Alm. Great way, then the delicious food and beer tastes good on the cozy Alm, whether inside or outside. Super. The hosts are also very nice.

Quaint, locally friendly host who always has a good saying.

Always great, Alex is just great and knows how to take his guests, tasty small snacks, etc., always happy to come back there.

We walked from the Ameisen Straße to the Riederinfelsen, then a circular path leads past the Alm. The landlord is an original. You can relax and eat deliciously. The fact that the cheese spaetzle were shared for both children is more than nice. There are also daily specials, I think everyone will find something. We are coming again next year.

Top! Landlord great! Eat phew ....... the madness! Next time I have to bring someone to finish off the cheese, ham and gourmet lard with 5 breads :) I'll be back, no question!

Were there only for a drink and popsicles. But it was ok. A waiter a lot of tables but everything went quickly. Gladly again

You only find such a cool alpine host once in a lifetime. If you don't stop here, it's your own fault. 😉

Great cozy restaurant. Invites you to linger after you have walked a good distance. It’s also great.

Ok but not so family friendly.

Small snack menu. Leberkäs as sausage salad is unusual but ok. Pop music in the beer garden. 😖 That is not how it works. (Sorry, yes, folk music☝️) I'm not driving 1 ½ hours in the Bavarian forest so I have my rest to then listen to an adult man as he sings that the mother was always so tender to him if he had done something. 😓😓😓 And something for lunch. The gentleman who sat next to me meant anyway that was much better in the past. Since the dog has got another water. And Leberkäs ☝️ And now make the maudlin music and give the dog a what. Then get to star mera. Or two

Just beautiful and a great place to rest. The cakes are homemade and just delicious.

It would really be a nice spot if it had been open Lt. Internet and signpost should be open Unfortunately, it was not like that.
